(For Mobile Meal Distribution & Volunteer Participation)

At Roti Rath, we aim to serve with integrity, safety, and respect for all. The following terms and conditions ensure smooth operations and responsible volunteering during our mobile meal distribution work:

For Distribution Operations:

1. Food Quality and Safety:
   All meals are freshly prepared under hygienic conditions. Distribution partners must follow food safety standards during transport and service.
2. Designated Areas Only:
   Meals will be distributed in pre-approved areas identified by the Roti Rath team. Unauthorized or independent distribution under the Roti Rath name is not allowed.
3. No Monetary Collection During Service:
   Volunteers or team members are strictly prohibited from collecting donations or funds from the public during food distribution rounds.
4. Respect and Dignity:
   All recipients should be treated with kindness and respect. Discrimination or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

For Volunteers Wishing to Join:

1. Registration is Mandatory:
   All volunteers must register with valid ID proof and contact details before participating in any activity.
2. Commitment to Responsibility:
   Volunteers are expected to arrive on time, follow instructions from coordinators, and maintain decorum throughout the distribution process.
3. Dress Code and Hygiene:
   Comfortable, modest attire and personal hygiene are required for participating in meal distribution.
4. Photography and Social Media:
   Any photo/video coverage must be pre-approved. Content shared online should respect the dignity of the beneficiaries.
5. No Personal Promotion:
   Volunteers may not use the Roti Rath platform for self-promotion, political, or religious motives.
